Beta LAYOUT USA announces its recent acquisition of Sprig Circuits, of Vacaville, CA, a leading provider of printed circuit board services from prototyping to quick turn-around. Part of the German-owned Beta Group, Beta LAYOUT USA will make Vacaville the base of its North American business, offering prompt and accurate delivery of competitive, high-quality prototype PCBs to existing and future customers.

According to Elizabeth Nolan, Managing Director at Beta LAYOUT, Beta LAYOUT USA will fully deliver on Sprig Circuit's current orders.
